We handle all fulfillment of our products in-house in order to deliver the best customer experience. We have total control of the fulfillment process to ensure we can communicate directly with you and inspect every product before it's shipped out.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Bengtsfors is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Items

Bengtsfors is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
