Can I change or cancel my order?  

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed are including sales taxes. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are and your order. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 day. Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. We give an estimate range of 2 - 8 business days for your order to arrive from your order date.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our orders from Sweden. 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries around the world for a small fee! We are working on expanding our shipping options so even if we don't ship to your country at the moment, we will be there soon!

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If there is any mistake with your order, please contact us through our chat or through any of our social media. Please include your order number as well as photographs of the error in your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and would be happy to provide a free replacement.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
